The SACS/LEAF® format reflects the daily practice of the pharmacist and thus aims to promote effective learning and improved patient care.
SACS/LEAF® is composed of two acronyms, the former being in French and the latter in English. Whether validating a patient file or a prescription, the 4 letters represent all the steps that the pharmacist must review daily.
